All mosaic works at Dragonfly Mosaics are original designs, one-of-a-kind, and hand-made by Pamela Serota. 

My hope is that every customer will love their purchase.  Due to the intensive labor involved in creating these pieces, and the caution required in properly packaging these pieces to ensure shipping without breakage, I cannot except returns or refunds from non-local customers.   For local purchases, I will accept exchanges on pieces in most cases, except for commissioned works. 

Shipping can be arranged. Size and weight will determine shipping costs.
