This is one of my pieces that will be in the show: it is my interpretation of Gustav Klimt's The Kiss. Here I have recreated the scene as lovers on the beach, using beach rocks and glass mosaic tiles to create a mixed media painting. I find Klimt's highly colorful and decorative paintings to be wonderful inspiration for a mosaic interpretation. This is the second piece that will be in the show. This is a rip off of a rip off of a Gustav Klimt portrait.
